تدور أحداث هذه الدراما حول فان تشانغ يو، ابنة جزار، وشيه تشنغ، نبيل ساقط يسعى للانتقام. يتحول زواجهما الصوري إلى حب حقيقي، لكن الحرب تفرق بينهما.
