Nira is always inconspicuous. Her name Nira comes from Niranam, which means an anonymous person. This is the story of a boy with a little girl in his heart. He was not accepted by anyone except his mother who loved him wholeheartedly. His father loathes Nira and abuses Nira's mother. Nira likes his uncle, Chatchavee, who is a man who makes Nira feel warm except his mother. Just before taboo love happens, Chatchavee notices it and he denies Nira. Nira is rejected and decides to do something with his mother's support that would change the rest of his life. He has a gender readjustment operation, turning himself into a gorgeous woman. Unfortunately, her mother dies in a car accident after receiving a call from her father. Then under Dr. Benjang’s help, she starts to live like his sister.
