Introduction: In the late 1990s, a mining town called Fengyang is shaken when the body of an unidentified woman is discovered. Police officer Chen Hongbing launches an investigation and soon notices that the glass fragments on the victim's neck closely resemble those from a bottle used to hold a banned drug.
