<냉장고를 부탁해 6>은 스타 미식 토크쇼다. 각 화마다 2명의 스타 게스트가 자신의 냉장고와 함께 세트장에 도착한다. 6명의 각기 다른 개성을 가진 셰프들은 스타들의 냉장고를 파헤치며 음식, 재밌는 에피소드에 대해 얘기를 나눈다. 각 화마다 2명의 셰프가 스타의 냉장고 속에 있는 식재료로 15분 동안 창의요리 대결을 벌인다. 이번 시즌에는 스타 게스트가 셰프의 조수로 나설 예정이다.
