The Cangyun Goddess Jiang Zhiyu and the young tanuki from the Li clan, Jiang Jinghuai, fell in love after getting to know each other. However, due to their difference in social status, their relationship was opposed by Nangong Xiao, the leader of the Cangyun clan. He set a trap to turn their love into hatred.
