The International Monetary Fund Crisis that broke out in the late 90's was a traumatic incidents to the Korean people. 20 years from now , a bigger crisis faces the people and government officials. The head of the Financial Policy Bureau plan to sell a bank that is on the verge of getting bankrupt, which is comprised of 1/3 government funds.
