After recovering from a tragic accident , Assani ( Kenji Wu ) becomes a stranger to the world he wakes up to . He speaks Mandarin among Thai people and claims that he never knows his own wife , Nakul ( May Pitchanat ) . In the middle of this confusion , Dr. Stanley ( Matt Wu ) , a psychiatrist from Taiwan , helps him unlock the puzzle one by one.
