Bộ phim kể về chuyện tình lãng mạn giữa Lâm Tự Sâm và Nhiếp Hi Quang. Câu chuyện tập trung vào hành trình trưởng thành đầy chân thực và tinh tế của cô sinh viên đại học năng động, cởi mở, tràn đầy sức sống Nhiếp Hi Quang từ khi rời khỏi ghế nhà trường đến lúc bước chân vào môi trường công sở.
