Two conglomerates have been doing business well in Macau for many years. However, they got involved in a market war aroused by the Japanese economic forces due to negligent management. The market rules were thus seriously disturbed. Under this situation, the two groups finally chose to work together and joined hands with the police to defeat the foreign enemy successfully, revive their strength and resist the illegal economic forces outside the country to maintain the country's economic order.
