The story revolves around the undefeated general Wang Tiansheng and Yao'er, who develop mutual feelings while spending time together on the battlefield. Later, during his journey back to the capital, Wang Tiansheng saves a stranger named Xiao Rou. However, her arrival triggers misunderstandings between Wang Tiansheng and Yao'er, leading to Yao'er sadly leaving. Unbeknownst to all three, this entire situation was orchestrated by Qian Yuanzi.
