타고난 재능을 가진 귀왕 하사모는 휴식을 취하던 중 우연히 소년 장군 단서를 만난다. 그러나 그녀의 고인의 물건을 지닌 이 소년 장군은 진정한 단서가 아닌 것 같았다. 두 사람은 서로 속마음을 알아보고 결국 하사모는 단서의 어두운 과거와 마음속의 뜻을 알게 되고 단서도 하사모의 집념과 외로움을 발견하게 된다. 수명이 겨우 백 년인 인간과 400년을 살아도 여전히 소녀인 악귀가 사랑으로 시간의 흐름에 저항한다.
