"초양, 시간이 거꾸로 흘린다 해도  다시 만나지 못할지도 모르지만.  기억해줘. 임묘라는 사람이 널 사랑한다는 걸. " 이건 임묘가 자서전 소설 <시간을 거슬러 너를 만난다>의 첫 문장이다. 
  33세의 임묘는 쉐어 자전거, 휴대폰 결제, 배달앱 다 없던 시대에서 우연히 초양을 만난다. 두 사람은 처음엔 서로를 못마땅했지만 함께 일하는 상사, 부하직원의 관계로 된다. 임묘는 항상 초양의 새로운 세계의 문을  열어주고 능력없는 사장의 머리속에 가득차는 비현실적인 사업 계획도 모두 실행에 옮기려는 생각을 든다.
