「冷蔵庫お願い6」は、スターグルメトーク番組である。毎回2人のスターが自分の冷蔵庫と一緒に番組会場を訪れ、冷蔵庫の秘密を明らかにすることで、性格の異なる6人のシェフとグルメ生活やゴシップについて語り合う。毎回2人のシェフはスター冷蔵庫の食材を利用して15分間のアイデア料理対決を行う。今シーズンでは、スターがシェフの手伝いをする。
