《超新星备战日记》 is a spin-off of 《超新星全运会 2》. In each episode, two or three artists work as "one-day hosts" and go through every corner of the competition area, revealing stories behind the competitions and interviewing athletes about their feelings of joining the matches. The show aims to lead the audience to have a full perspective of the supernova athletes' sports and to record their preparation in an authentic way.
