The Golden Time team solves urgent real-time incidents from phone calls received through the emergency service line. They race through the precarious time left for crime victims, who are held captive or being chased by their assailants, and save them from the imminent danger. One day, the team members face an evil cartel that is behind a string of crimes. In order to fight against the cartel and save lives within the golden time, a talented voice profiler police executes instructions to the detective in field. While solving diverse cases, including voice phishing, date harassment, and illegal car racing, they realize that many cases are linked together in one incident in the past. The golden time team and the field unit cooperate together to find out who is behind that case.

The Characters

Kang Gwon-ju (Lee Ha-na)

​A charismatic director of Crime Report Center, who manages the Golden Time team through her sensitive hearing. During an unexpected emergency call, she picks up a phone call from a girl asking for help from a rapist. She makes a critical mistake by calling the victim again when the line was cut off, leading to the girl’s death. She goes abroad to get stronger and smarter. After two years of intense study, she comes back to Korea to find out the truth behind the killer, or killers…

Mu Jin-hyuk (Jang Hyuk)

Jin-hyuk loses his wife and child in an accident. At least he thought so. Living life meaninglessly, he reunites with Gwon-ju after two years of sorrow. She keeps saying there could be more to the deaths of his family. Even thinking that it is non-sense, he slowly unveils the truth. And that there is in fact much more cruel conspiracy.
